1. Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Product is damaged or defective
- Wrong product delivered
The issue must be reported within 3 days of receiving the item.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or damaged items caused by customer misuse
- Software, licenses, or digital products
- Items without original packaging
3. Refunds
Once the returned item is inspected and approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method where applicable
4. Exchange
If available, defective products may be exchanged instead of refunded.
